Tonight the New Gallery Concert Series begins its twentieth anniversary season featuring artwork by metalsmith Rhea Vedro, a commissioned world premiere of “Eighters Gonna Eight” for two pianos/eight hands by David Rakowski, and an incredible line up of pianists including Marilyn Nonken, Geoffrey Burleson, Donald Berman, and NGCS Founding Artistic Director, Sarah Bob. New Gallery Concert Series continues to provide collaborative platforms to living composers and visual artists and strives to make all of its events eclectic, intimate, thought provoking, and fun. Program also includes two, four, and six hand music by Reich/Boukovalas, more world premieres by both deVon Gray and Stefanie Lubkowski, and a visual and musical perspective of the four elements. www.newgalleryconcertseries.org
