Roopa In Flux is an ensemble of musical wanderers venturing beyond established traditions to express the present moment. Voice, violin, piano, and percussion band together for a sound unembarrassed of our lives as we live them. Grounded in Carnatic (South Indian classical) music, American Jazz, Arabic maqam, and other creative forms, Roopa In Flux uses joy, camaraderie, introspection, honesty, play, and emotional intensity to create new forms and satisfactions.
