T. S. Eliot’s mysterious and beautiful Four Quartets is a masterpiece of modern literature. 75 years after its publication, choreographer Pam Tanowitz, composer Kaija Saariaho, and painter Brice Marden join together to create a thrilling new performance of dance, music, painting, and poetry. Saariaho’s score is performed live by The Knights, and actor Kathy Chalfant reads Eliot’s poems of past and present, time and space, movement and stillness.
