Event Information

Exhibition of artist Brice Brown’s I Looked Down I Realized I Had A Body, a three-channel video work with sculpture, and with 3 x 2-channel sound by composer Alan Shockley.  This work was initially installed as part of Brown’s exhibit Silhouette / Champion at Air Circulation in Paris (10 March – 24 April, 2016).

The work will be exhibited at Margaret Thatcher Projects from 13 June 2019 until 13 July, 2019.

Opening reception, Thursday 13 June 2019, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Audio work Aspects of The Temple of the Golden Pavilion, is three simultaneously sounding two-channel audio works designed for Brown’s video triptych I Looked Down I Realized I Had A Body.  It uses several source sounds, including audio of the bells of Notre Dame Cathedral, Paris.
