On Tuesday, July 9, 2019 a new work by American composer Douglas Hedwig will be premiered in Karawaci (Jakarta), Indonesia, as part of the INTERNATIONAL NEW MUSIC FESTIVAL at the Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) Conservatory of Music.  Completed in 2018 and revised in 2019, Hedwig’s trio for violin, viola & piano is entitled “Progression to…” 

The program also features music by an international roster of outstanding contemporary composers from China, Germany, Japan and Portugal.

The concert will begin at  6:30 PM Western Indonesia Time (UTC + 7 hours) / 7:30 AM Eastern Time Zone (US)
