Event Information

PENSACOLA, FL – Come and enjoy original music by living local, regional and international composers at Pensacola ComposerFest XIII, a Pensacola State College Lyceum Series event. Many of the compositions on the concert will be receiving their premier performance.

The free concert is 2:30 p.m., Sunday, October 8 at the Ashmore Fine Arts Auditorium, Building 8, on the Pensacola campus. For more information, call the Lyceum Series office at (850) 484-1847.

The concert will feature the following internationally renowned performing artists: soprano Kathryn Hedlund, cellist Craig Hultgren, Steinway artist Kadisha Onalbayeva, and the violin duo Miolina: Lynn Bechtold and Mioi Takeda.

Pensacola ComposerFest XIII will have works by the following composers: Lynn Bechtold, Michael Coleman, Monroe Golden, Brooke Joyce, Kari Henrik Juusela, Mark Lackey, Brian Moon, Lawrence Moss, Kadisha Onalbayeva, Tom Reiner, Alan Schmitz, Robert Sherwood, Jerry Sieg, and Joseph T. Spaniola.
