I create Black Art, pulling from the many different avenues of black music and culture. Fusing classical, jazz, blues, and gospel, I exude embodiment – often identified musically as soul – and my work is truly that: from the soul. I curate multi-sensory experiences that incorporate stylized video, music, and fashion with a backbone of vocal performance. Through dedication and raw expression, I cultivate power in support of each individual’s best self and breathe new life into the human hunger for freedom. Freedom defined as the ability to move through space openly, authentically, organically, and without fear.
I intend for my art to be a tribal legacy for those who will come after us, informed by those that came before, and collectively created in a great balance of giving and receiving.
