Marina LombardiMonticello, NY
Marina Lombardi, mezzo soprano/NCA General Manager, is a graduate of Manhattan School of Music where she studied under the tutelage of former Metropolitan Opera leading artist, Hilda Harris. She has performed a wide range of solo and choral music, including the New York premiere of Marjorie Merryman’s, Beauty, Grief and Grandeur for chorus and chamber orchestra and the world premiere of André Thomas’, My Good Lord’s Done Been Here with the Hartwick Summer Music Festival Choir in Prague, Czech Republic. Stage credits include Acis and Galatea (Galatea), La Périchole (Périchole) and The Crucible (Rebecca Nurse). A native of Sullivan County, Marina has performed with many local companies including Delaware Valley Opera Company and the Forestburgh Playhouse. Marina is the General Manager for Nesin Cultural Arts (NCA), a non-profit cultural arts organization in Monticello, New York. She is a Resident Teaching Artist for the NCA Aspiring Young Musicians program and voice faculty for the NCA Summer Music Academy.
