Tahmilah Hijaz #1
My first attempt at a piece inspired by the arabic Tahmilah format. Instruments used: Ney, fretless guitar (my own design, the “guitoud”), accordion, violin, viola, tabla and riq, synthesizer (to fill out strings).
Under a Summer Sun
A fusion piece utilizing the Native American block flute. Recorded under the name Sleepsinger to differentiate it from my middle-eastern based work.
